Outstanding customer service
Special thanks to Nosipho Msimango at hollard Parktown branch, she was respectful, sympathetic and professional. She knows how to offer comfort to the bereaved, I received the funeral payout within 24hrs, because of her outstanding customer service, i will take other hollard policies.....I definitely recommend hollard to others.
