Outstanding claims

Good evernig can you please help me with Hollard insurance for my claims. Claim number one are as follows 16th of June 2021 to 24th of June 2021 with policy number :***7 and my son's claim which is still outstanding for the 5th of October to the 9th October 2021 with policy number:***7 I will be glad if my matter is being resolved.
