One Useless Insurance

I can't believe this insurance company is so useless. I got retrenched and wanted to use the insurance or benefit on my Edgars account, that is covered by Hollard. I handed in the documentation at Edgars Cresta for this benefit. About a week later I was informed by Edgars Cresta that the claim was rejected. I disputed this fact to emails that was given to me by Edgars (*** and ***) stating my deputed reasons. I am also still waiting from them the reason of rejecting the claim in writing and still haven't received it. I have been sending email nearly on weekly basin to follow up regarding the depute and claim, I only receive the auto reply from them indicating they received the mail. I have tried also calling them where I always get the run around and end up at the Edgars funeral plans department. I am sick of this and in the meantime I have Edgars bugging me about the outstanding amount on the account and sending me ITC threatening email just because Hollard is useless.
