Not willing to assist

Looking only for policy information. No responses received from the email addresses provided on the website and also not a single response from the email addresses provided by the consultants. The email addresses also do not correspond with what a consultant provides and what is provided on the website. If a simple task of getting policy info cannot be done, how in the world will a claim be processed when claiming?
