Not delivering

<p>We put through a claim and to our surprise it was rejected. We gave all we could but of course no on actually took the liberty to listen to what we have to say or actually properly read our emails. We explained so many times why we had to do the things we did to prevent a health risk and our new born baby ending up in hospital. But because they have no dignity we have to stay at a loss. We are definitely not satisfied with this and demand someone to actually take the liberty to listen to us without jumping to their own conclusions.</p>
