Not Cash ***s

I am not happy with regards to the increments. Firstly, there is never any communication from Hollard. My policy has just increased and there was no communication what so ever. Secondly, the amounts of increments seems to be insane. According to the policy document received when I started, I'm supposed to be paying R288,85 by 01 May 2023 but I'm already on R319,99. Not only that, all you do is just increase the policy amount but never send the updated policy documents according to the new amount being paid. Please note that we are not cash ***s that needs to be milked, who pick up money up trees. We are also struggling financially. What you are doing is nonsensical to say the least.
