not a happy client

I cant believe the treatment I received from Hollard Kaizer chiefs funeral plan department, I have been having a policy with them since 2009 and now that I had some financial problems they decided to cancel my policy after a month of not paying it and I called the call centre several times and no one is willing to assist. very disappointed with the level of service I received
