Nosipho Msimango really went above and beyond- thank you

On the passing of my mom, I travelled to Southern Africa from overseas for the funeral and to make the necessary arrangements. Nosipho Msimango went out of her way to ensure that I was made aware of policies that I didn’t know existed and that I was paid in time before returning overseas. She was professional, friendly, sensitive, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nosipho went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough. She has made a big difference to our lives with her simple yet profound action. Thank you
