Non Existent Customer Service

God what can I say about the customer service at Hollard. It's non existent. I have been trying to resolve a complaint for two months now. I started by emailing them but there is no response. Then you spend hours on the phone being pushed from pillar to post only to be told that you are not able to get hold of the complaints department telephonic only via email. So you back to square one. I have been told to email *** but there is absolutely no response.

I have also emailed *** but again no response.

Can someone from the complaints department please contact me so that this issue can be resolved.
