no sympathy and no many uncessary documents.
My father was in a car accident on the 13th of June, I reported on the 20th after we found him at baragwanth hospital.
Because it was a car accident, they needed a police report,n all other documents. Home affairs took forever go issue the death certificate.
I have sent the documents now they telling me to be pdf, previously they could see it, now they can't.
I don't understand why should pay clientele and have to borrow money while the process taking forever for payout.
Death certificate was received after my father was buried am now informed to tell the funeral parlour to give BI1663 forms. But the parlour says it was handed to home affairs when applying for death. But am sure as an insurance company they have authority to check and liaise with department of home affairs.
