No Service Hollard

No Response from Hollard, I downloaded policy cancellation form, completed and e-mailed it to Hollard, i got an read receipt, but after one month they still keep on deducting my premiums. I then went to a local branch to cancel my policies, only to be informed that the local branch can not help me, but that they will have someone from head office contact me. a week has passed and still no communication from Hollard.
