Hollard Legal Plan? Europe Assist...vzerolegaladvisor. They are inept. I contacted them on 18th July informing them I need to change bank details as the account they have been debiting is closing. Received a generic response stating I would be responded to in 2 days...nothing. sent another on 23rd July and received an identical response. Very frustrating.
