No policies received

I have taken out two policies through Edgars with Hollard Insurance, funeral plan as well as a dental plan. I have never received a copy of either of the policies. I have called customer service, they promised to send them to me and never did. I spoke to one of your call centre people yesterday and they told me to go and fetch a copy from one of the branches. This is not the kind of customer service that I expect. If I cant even get a copy of the policy, I can imagine how difficult it would be to make a claim!
