NO POLICIES AT HOLLARD BUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR YEARS!!

Hi, I am disgusted with HOLLARD. I thought I had two policies with them. Death and dread disease and an accident policy that i have been trying to close for years. I tried again yesterday. I got a report that I have NO policies with HOLLARD. So now I need to investigate where my money is going every month! FOR YEARS!! Hol*** and ***9-s-***1 or Hol*** -*** the way it is debited is different every month. Please assist!
