No payout for claim

We submitted a claim on Thursday and they still haven't paid out our claim. It was taken out in 2006, no premium was ever missed but they're giving us the runaround with paying out. They say they paid out On Monday but they refuse to send us a proof of payment so we can chase the funds at the bank.

We are burying on Sunday but we have no funds to make the necessary arrangements. Very disappointed with Hollard and will be taking my money elsewhere.
