No payment all though claim approved

I am not here to write a review but rather to beg for help. I have put in a claim for disability and it was approved. On the letter it said payment letter to follow. Until today i have not received any money. When you phone they tell you you are at the wrong department. Then they transfer you and you hear music for more than 10 min or until your airtime runs out. Or someone else says write an email and everytime its a different email adress. I do have the emails to prove and the phone calls were recorded on my phone. I really do not want to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman or get an attorney but when your money runs out and every one wants their money what are you suppose to do? You have to pay the rent and the landlord is on your case. Must you be without n house?Your credit rating falls because you missed payments. So can hollard please tell me what to do.
