No pay out need more bank statements
I always have a credit protection insurance on all my accounts for just in case anything happens. Covid-19 happen and my work informed us that no work no pay. I have informed all my protection insurance all but one have a problem. First when I phoned the very nice man informed me I need to send all the following documents and he send me an email that states the following: Letter from your employer and bank statement. I am very nice and pull three months statement . Today on the 25th I received a email that they also want a statement from the 1 till the 30 April 2020. I do not know if I am stupid but that is only next week and my banking app only give till March 2020. Now I am asking my self what are they doing with four months statements, all of them looks the same. Or am I paying for a ****? It looks to me like one. If they do not want to pay out they just need to inform me, I will of course go to the ombudsman. This company looks like a ****.

I want feedback, O and the member of your team takes 5 days just to tell me you really want to make sure I did not received my salary. Today is the 11th I need to put in this months claim, if you could not handle this one I really have no hope for this month.
