No one needs this treatment when claiming for their loved ones passing, seriously.

Hi there, I am beyond frustrated and appalled by your service especially after being with you for years and not missing payments on my policies. I submitted my claim documents on Monday, this week. I called in the next day to be told that the documents have not been received. I sent the documents to the lady?s direct email address so she can escalate for me. When I called in later on the same day, I was told that the documents have not been received, STILL when she confirmed that she received the documents while on the phone with her. I have emailed her following that and she has not responded to me. I now again (Wednesday) have gotten off the phone with a gentleman called Teboho and he says my documents are STILL not received. HOW??? "
