NO MEANINGFUL LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR LEGAL POLICY HOLDERS
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Hollard Legal, despite being a policyholder for over 10 years. I have consistently paid my premiums, yet I have not received any valuable legal assistance when needed.
Between March 4th and March 19th 2025, I sent multiple emails requesting assistance with drafting an objection to a proposed development in my street. Instead of receiving legal guidance, I received numerous "no-reply" emails directing me to obtain an objection form from the municipality. A consultant phoned me twice to provide the same "advice". I clarified that I needed help drafting a reply to the Town Planner and sent all relevant documentation. To date, I have not received any further communication. The deadline for objections is March 26th.
Given that I have been paying for a service I have not received, I require a full reimbur*****t of my premiums.
It is unacceptable for a company offering legal policies to fail to provide assistance when a policyholder requests it!
