NO FUNERAL PAYOUTS WITHIN 48 HRS

Hollard undertakes to finalise and pay all valid funeral claims within 48 hours of receiving all the required claim documents. All my docs was submitted 7 days ago. The funeral was on Saturday and I had to borrow money to pay the Funeral Parlour who insisted on payment before the funeral can take place. I have phoned them and sent them e-mails and every time they reply with: We will contact you in the next 2 days. How long is 2 days?????????????
