No feedback for 6 months on a query

I have been calling SA funeral home which is underwritten by Hollard Insurance. Every time I call their call centre I go through to Hollard instead and they always say the cosultants from SA funeral or Covision will contact me.<br> <br> I do not want this to carry on because should anything happen and I need to claim they will be telling me I did not change my details. While emails have been sent and I have called and called.<br> <br> They always give me ref numbers but no feedback or any one calling from their side to tell me if my request has been done.
