<p>Im very shocked of the services provided by Hollard, I have been calling their call centre for assistance and they keep telling me that Ray will come back to me as he is the one who started the whole complain with me but to no avail and I have been asking to speak to him anyway as I have to start my complaint all over again to the consultant, I don’t know whether Ray is avoiding me as his customer that one providing money to the business or someone not doing his/her job by not passing the message, This is my last complain to Hollard complaints department, how could they fail to solve this minor issue what more about the ones that demands more money, On Tuesday I called and spoke to Patience/Petunia who promised that Ray will call me regarding my issue, still waiting until today .Do I have to take it further or contact the OMBUDSMAN</p>
