One star is putting it mildly Two mountains underwiritten by Hollard is the worst case scenario. I logged a claim with them on Tuesday which has not been paid out by that time I even have to beg to be called back by the supervisor of Charlotte Makgato. I have been waiting back for her callback with no luck. I pay over R700 a month without fail but yet the claim process has proven to be hell. I did not take up the policy for my own personal enrichment but to ensure my peace of mind when death strikes but my experience has been far from that. This is a warning to anyone intending to take up a policy with them do not do it I would never recommend this product to my worst enemy. If my money is not paid out by tomorrow morning for it to serve its purpose I swear i will fight tirelessly to ensure that this product is never offered to any client because it clearly takes advantage of people who are disadvantaged and unable to exercise their rights . I am further planning to take this matter up with the CEO's of the two institutions and definitely escalate the matter further to the ombudsman .
