Neglected client

I was contacted by Mmaphuti Mamashela regarding a complaint policy number ***.

She made contact on the 27th February 2025 promising to provide feedback by the 28th of February 2025. I tried to send an email to follow up but I received no response. On the email she sent me on the 27th she copied Lutendo Ramanala but no one came back to me via a call or email. The customer service is just upsetting.

I am still awaiting response to date. I cannot imagine how my mother would be able to handle this on her own with this behaviour.
