My payout not done and no feedback nothing

Good day It is with great sadness im writting this for a company not to having offices we submit claim via email and it says 2 days feedback from the 7th till now nothing you drop my calls you dont reply emails i lost my husband you sold it to me at Game stores you target poor poeple and take advantage cause now you say online everything thers no where to reach you reply help i'm unemployed the airtime I spend on you for you to drop it and ignore it not fair I will contact ombadsment on this Nomshado Mahlangu sold this to me
