My mother passed away and had a policy with Hollard and I submitted the claim with all the documents but I did not receive the payout as promised so I had to borrow money to bury my mother

My mother passed away and had a policy with Hollard and I submitted the claim with all the documents but I did not receive the payout as promised so I had to borrow money to bury my mother. I've been doing follow up till today but there's no success. I strongly don't recommend hollard funeral to anyone as their service is humiliating
