My mom has got a lif...

My mom has got a life policy...and now many times have tried to get these ppl to do a simple debit order date change..but it seems the ppl working there cant do a job they are getting paid for...many calls..many email..many attempts on social media to get this sorted..and we get no responce... Your service is pathetic
