My late mom unpaid claim

Hollard insurance services is BAD!my late mom's claim is still not yet paid this claim was logged last year July but unfortunately we have not yet received it and communication is very poor, i went to their Jabulani Mall branch to submit all documents but still nothing!. Their consultants want to be followed around well i was the one who will call and ask for updates on feedback when i dont call to find out no one bothers. I went as far as writing to their Twitter page but still no response. I think now its time i share my story with the media houses my mom was a good premium payer but we cant get what is due to her. Even her funeral was done with other income because the claim was not paid in time. They are advertising false information saying if you have all the necessary documents your claim will be paid in 24hrs! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
