My dad's pay out of 2009 is still not payed out. Can I have my share of the payout please
Can Help Peter please assist me with getting my share from my dad's funeral policy pay out. They handle their funeral policy as if it's a life cover.
I have lodged a complain and went pillar to post regarding this issue but they aren't willing to help me.
My dad passed on 2009 and we made the claim 2009 up until now we haven't received any pay out.
My dad's name is Peter Mamsika and his ID No is ***

06 Dec 2021, 13:16Hopefully you will assist this time around. I produced all the documents you requested. My Grandmother was the beneficiary and unfortunately she passed on. I produced her death certificate and the next thing you requested Magdelines Id and contact details. That lady is my dad's ex girlfriend and she doesn't even carry our Surname.
How can a funeral policy be handled like a life cover whereas is not. In that case that send me my dad's share from the total amount that is due.
I have been up and down with this issue and you are not even sympathetic or willing to assist.
For God's sake my dad passed on 2009 and now it's 2021.
Please do the right thing
