Monthly Grocery Benefit not being Paid
In Jan I had a claim for a deceased parent which was paid timously and the cover included monthly grocery benefit. The last payment we received was on 2Feb and nothing for March, when I call the call centre no one knows why the payment hasn't been made. Please can we get our monthly payments for the grocery benefit?
