Monthly deduction for Hollard scratch and dent cover: no record of policy

I bought my vehicle in 2020 and took out scratch and dent cover from Hollard. They are deducting money along with my vehicle installment monthly but Hollard have no record that I am a client. I have lodged numerous phone calls to them but I have only received unhelpful and unfriendly service. I want to know where more than R3000 has gone to seeing that I am not on their records. Feedback will be greatly appreciated
