Money Back Benefit Hoax

I took a life policy out 6 years ago (2009) and saw on the pamphlet that they have a Money Back Benefit where they pay out a lump sum amount every 5 years to the insured member at No additional premium payment. I called the call centre and was put through the claims department, though the agent was very pleasant, I learnt that there is no such benefit.<br> <br> This then makes it false advertising because it calls customers looking for extra benefit to this company only find that the benefit does not exist. If the pamphlets have been updated since 2009, they need to send to all their existing customers so we are aware of the changes-especially such a big change. Very disappointed with this. They didn't say anything about the money back not existing 6 years ago, now that its time to pay there is a problem. how can I be sure that they would not do the same with my family if I pass on?!
