Misleading information

My name is Vivian Nomqibelo Seeqela I was recently approached by Hollord agents to join a funeral policy with misleading information in order for me to join They said the cover will cover everyone I wanted to cover only for R100 a month I added my information with my daughter

I later wanted to add other family I was told I can not I would like to request a full refund cause I joined under misleading information and for the agent to take accountability too
