Misleading information ..::

I have an income protector Policy with hollard . Last year I got retrenched, I lodged a claim with them. My claim was approved , an agent called me and advised that my claim has been approved and that they will pay my bond for twelve months . To my surprise they only paid for six months , when I called I was only advised that they only pay for six months not twelve. I directed them to the call they made to me advising that they will make 12 monthly payments, they agreed to listen to recorded calls . Today they are saying that they will not even listen to recorded calls where one of their agents was promising to pay for 12 months . They will not pay for the remaining months (6mths) What they are doing is very misleading . Hollard is a ******* company …
