Misleading information

I am very disappointed with their service, they advertised that if you are with them for more than 5 years without any claim and I have never missed a payment they will give back 20% of your paid premiums back. Thats a big lie, i claimed for my cash back and one of the agents asked for my banking details after sending the bank details they then gave me run around even today they are not responding to my e-mails. I regret the day I joined this company. I am escalating this matter to the Ombudsman.
