mislead mislead mislead almost 3 years when I was called by your consultants who offered me this policy that I really like . I was advise that if the policy is 3 years I can register my siblings at any university and the children can study I was also not advise that only the 5 will have the benefit of which my one sibling is not covered instead my mom that is old has the education cover under her name However last year I was advise that I can only only claim the education policy of the beneficiary pass away ,I got a call and was advise that its not true after 3 years I can claim if the person that wants to study is indeed registered with a university ...

In this week I done a change on my policy and again your consultants advise me that I will only claim if beneficiary has to pass away then the education policy can b claimed

I am not happy with this misleading information as I waited for 3 years to be told that my siblings doesn't qualify to study .
