Mishandling of loss of income claim

Edgards, RCS, IUA, and Hollard mishandling of my loss of income claim, on 24 May 2023, I received a letter from IUA stating that my claim has been approved, Hollard will make payment, subsequent to that I have received calls from Edgards saying my account is in arrears, when I call IUA they indicate payment was paid on the 26 May 2023 to Edgards, Despite my best efforts to resolve this issue directly with the companies involved, the situation has remained stagnant, causing significant frustration and hardship for me.

The essence of the problem lies in the continuous passing of responsibility between IUA, Edgards, RCS and Hollard regarding the allocation of my payments. Each time I have reached out to one of the companies seeking assistance, they have consistently redirected me to another, creating an endless cycle of blame-shifting without any concrete resolution. This lack of accountability and cooperation is not only unprofessional but also highly detrimental to my credit score.
