Am so frustrated Last year October I cancelled my policy with hollard and it stop deducting but all of the sudden this year 23rd January 2025 I deduct from my bank account.....i call the call center countless times requesting assistance with refund till to date I have not been assisted I was told to send email of which I did about 3 emails already to "Hlamendemants"and I called and I was reassured that they won't deducted this month they have stopped it but to my disappointment it has Deduct today 24/02/2025 same amount..... I mean I haven't got money from last month yet u take it again no ways how am I supposed to survive that's my groceries money, I NEED IT TO SURVIVE THE MONTH I CANCELLED THE POLICY BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD IT..... PLEASE CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

Am sick and tired of calling your call center your staff are rude and unhelpful none of them has resolve my query they would be asking me questions but they don't do anything to assist at end.
