*****! *****! *****! You have on black and white you'll refund and cancel! Then you phone to say no refund and cancel in a month!!!!

We will refund you any premiums you have paid to as, as long as you have not had a claim in that time''</p> <p> </p> <p>LETTER DATED 1 AUGUST 2016! I CANCELLED AND REQUESTED A REFUND 1 AUGUST 2016! NOW YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PHONE ME! WASTE MY TIME! I KNOW WHAT THE ATTACHED SAYS - I CAN READ! IT SAYS NOTHING!!!!! AND THEN TO TELL ME I'M NOT GETTING A REFUND! YOU'RE ***** MAN!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>PAY MY MONEY BACK AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!</p>

**********That's the problem! I received a call after 11 days of begging and pleading and shouting to cancel this policy, 30 minutes ago. The lady told me that they can only cancel it 1 September 2016 and IF i choose to cancel i WILL NOT get a refund. I was so shocked i even asked her to repeat herself - which she did!! I put the phone down in her ear!
