Letter Request

The only reason I put the rating star is because I cannot proceed in writing a review without a star being ticked, I a Highly disappointed by the level I am being provided by you. I requested a simple letter and I've been transfer from pillar to post for the past 2days, really guys. How safe are we with our lives if you can not help with a simple document. I am very much disappointed.
