Legal insurance serves injustice.

Hollard Legal dept. Your level of customer service is pathetic. My legal case has been referred to a third attorney from your legal insurance. It has been a year now since i filed a civil claim with you. First attorney lacked capacity dropped me, second attorney same. Now i am on the third attorney. First meeting today with the new attorney, he has no information about previous consultations with previous attorneys who were handling my case. He states that it appears as if its a new claim when my case was referred to their law firm, he has not been forwarded my file from previous attorneys. I was allocated a 30minute consultation with the new attorney and i have to tell him a 1year story in half an hour. Is this fair to me your client and your appointed attorney? Who lacks capacity here, the Hollard legal insurance dept, their appointed attorneys or both.
