LATE/NO DEDUCTION OF CELL-PHONE INSURANCE

I have 3 cell-phone insurances with Hollard/Edcon HOLLARDFINCCL*** HOLLARDFINCCL*** HOLLARDFINCCL*** Lately i have to go as far as sending emails and make calls to have them to deduct their monthly installments, this one time i called them to let them know that they havent deducted the other two, they told me only one showed on their system and were not aware of the other two yet on previous months they deducted for all 3. Now im just wondering if something were to happen to my phones would they deliver
