Lapsed policy query
Ms Lizzy attended to my query on letters I received dated the 09 June 2015 on lapsed policies. I made payments arrangements with Mr Pule for Policies reinstatements on the 04 June 2015 and was shocked to see the letters. Ms Lizzy assured me that all is in order, the policies were reinstated as arranged with Mr Pule.<br> <br> She was very professional and explained clearly what the system/records are saying. She was kind and patient and I'm grateful for her service. Moy God bless her abundantly and may He grant her desires of her heart.<br> <br> Call ***<br> <br> Thank you
