LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

I have contacted Hollard on several occasions to cancel a policy that I have taken out with them for funeral cover long before any deductions could be made from my account. The cancellation only happened after the funds were taken from my account and I am still awaiting feedback on my refund as well as the cancellation documents. I have been dealing with a Thembi Mbatha and Ancel Chetty who has been CC'd on all comms but no feedback is coming from either of these people with regards to complete cancellation of these policies or my refund of R318.80. I would like this refund done today, as this cancellation has taken long enough.
