Lack of interest to help

My name is Ligege AS, I have a life cover with Altrisk. I have learnt that it has been taken over by Hollard insurance. I took an insurance during 2008, however, I have not yet receive insurance documentation thus far.<br> <br> I have done so much without any success. out of frustration I called a person called Marriette ( ***), am not sure about the spelling . She was not willing to assist me, I even told her that I would like to cancel the insurance. she told me told that the insurance can not be cancelled through the phone, I then requested what should I do to cancel the insurance.<br> <br> She told me she can not assist me with regard to cancellation<br> <br> Please help?
