Is this a kind of treatment my love one's will get after 'm dead?

<p>I have a funeral plan cover with hollard for five years now and I recently put claim for money back on the 27th of Feb'17. I called your consult who told me that I should send a copy of my ID, letter of concern and my three bank statement. Every paperwork was sent on that day and every copy was confirmed received. After a number of calls following up with my claim and I was sent from pillar to pillar. The worse experience was that I had to explain my story to each and everyone I call there. My concern is... is this a kind of treatment my love one's will face once 'm no longer in this world. They have to go through this...I really refuse to accept this. Pay me my money back and close all my policies. I will move to somebody who can not treat me like trash like your. </p>
