IS HOLLARD INSURANCE STILL OPERATING OR NOT???? APPALLING SERVICE!!!!!

I purchased a Hollard funeral policy from Edgars. As you know Edgars are in business rescue and have handed over full administration back to Hollard. I have been trying to get hold of Hollard to find out what I need to do to put the policy onto a debit order. Currently policy is paid via my Edgars account. I have emailed and phoned monthly since August 2020 as well as doing a website enquiry and complaint with no success. Is this company still operating???? It doesnt seem like it. When mailing receive an automated response that will make contact with 2 days. 6 months and still waiting to be contacted. Appalling service!!!!
