Investment policy not paid out.

I took out an investment policy a few months ago and decided in October to cancel it. I've been calling the entire month with no assistance except that my refund claim is with the authorized. I called again two days ago and they said the refund would be paid. No refund has been made thus far. Just be transparent and I wouldn't feel this upset regarding my money.
