insurance policy query on premium increase

I am so annoyed by Hollard insurance, 2018 I had a query with Hollard and we made an agreement with them after the ombudsman intervention 16.08.2018, It was agreed that my premiums for funeral cover will not increase, both my premium and benefit cover will remain on the fixed amount R 158.70 for R 10 000 benefit cover,to my surprised I received an sms stating that the premium will increase on the 20.03.2019 to R 179.12,I specifically indicated that NO increase should me added on my policy,I regret using Hollard,I WILL NEVER REFER ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO HOLLARD,I am disapointed ,Hollard will give you nothing but stress, they are ***********
