INSURANCE COMPANY LEFT A PENSIONER IN HER MOST DIFFICULT TIME.

I have had a Hospital Cash back Policy with Hollard Insurance. I have claimed all these years because I became very ill. I know my policy said up until 180 days of Hospitilisation. One day I received a sms out of the blue that my cover was cancelled. It was such a huge shock to me, because they are an Insurance Company and could have maybe adviced me before hand to apply for a similar product. They just left me after a membership of 10 years where I never even missed one installment. I am without a similar product now. I am a Pensioner now on ill health Retirement. I could normally pay my co-payments with my policy but no more.
